FAQ's

How do I upload multiple files?

Other than uploading a single file to the top Upload button, you would upload a zip file with multiple files to the Upload button at the bottom of the page instead.

Will I receive a quote for printing before the order is placed?

Yes, for a standard document you can expect a quote likely the same business day but for all other items please allow between 2-3 business days.

I am interested in ordering a retractable banner but are unsure of the specifications? Can you design it for me?

You can contact us by clicking on the ‘contact customer service’ link at the bottom of the main order page and we will be happy to fill you in on the details of the banner specs and answer any questions you may have. And yes our designers can create a banner for you for an added cost.

I am not familiar with the different styles of paper, what should I choose?

Standard white bond (Earthchoice) is used for most orders with no added surcharge whereas our premium white text has an added cost but is much higher quality with a coated finish.  Standard and premium coverstocks, coloured pastels and astrobrights have an added cost as well.  While usually a little more expensive, we feel the benefits of a higher quality of paper are worth it.  A stunning product can be used to communicate and promote without limitations.

What style of paper should I use if I’d like a poster printed?

Generally Premium White Text (coated) is used for posters and 12” x 18” is a common size.  Although not listed on the site, our colour copiers can print as large as 13” x 19” so please mention this under ‘special instructions’ if that size is needed.

What is considered large format printing?

Printing that is larger than 13" x 19" is considered large format printing. We generally stock 24 lb bond, satin photo and polypro that can be printed as wide as 44" and virtually unlimited in length.

Should I be printing in black and white or colour?

Although there is a significant price difference between the two, bright and bold or soft and subtle, colour printing can be used on many different stocks and sizes to give your product immediate impact and depth.

I have a specialty job that is different from the options that are on the site.  How do I go about sending it?

An email can be sent with specific instructions describing what is needed by clicking on the ‘contact customer service’ link at the bottom of the main order page and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
